LOWGLOW is a company that creates and sells high end LED under glow kits for cars. When first working with them it was the start of their company. They wanted to create a brand that was energetic, young and modern to captivate their primary audience. This brand identity was then wanted to be applied to various elements and merchandise.
Idea
For this company I created their logo with the intent to convey energy and to reference the product that they are selling. I did this by selecting a font that was fun, lively and modern feeling that was also rounded to resemble the tubes in neon signs. I then also used shape, negative space and color to display energy and to resemble their LED strips that they sell. With this being a new company I also tackled other aspects of the brand such as packaging, product photography as well as merchandise, like t-shirts, stickers and windshield banners.
